While our carpet cleaning service is of the highest quality and performed using state of the art truck mounted equipment, there are simply some situations where more specific treatment is necessary. The first step in our pet odor removal treatment process is to perform an inspection visually and with specialized equipment when necessary to determine the contaminated areas of carpet.

Once the areas are identified, we pre-treat the areas with a solution that is specifically designed to break down the bonding and odor structure of pet urine. After pre-treatment of the areas the carpet is thoroughly cleaned using super heated cleaning solution removing most, if not all, contaminates in the carpet fibers. All contaminated areas are then injected with a specially designed enzyme treatment that breaks down the urine and odor at the molecular level. This eliminates the odor entirely and by using the injection method for this treatment, we are able to attack the odor source all the way down to the padding, which will help ensure the odor is completely neutralized.
